For G H Raisoni College of Engineering, the B.Tech Civil Engineering cutoff in CAP Round 3 was roughly in the 63–87 percentile range depending on category and quota.
For OBC category, the cutoff generally stayed around the lower side of that range, while Open category cutoffs were higher.
So if your percentile is somewhere near or above that range, chances for Civil at GHRCE are decent.
