Sir,I got 12900 obc rank in jee mains. Can i get seat in any iiit in south india in branches like ece/eee/mechanical?

Congrats for getting good percentile. According to last year the cut off for obc is :74.3166997. The chances for you to get an NIT are average,we can't say whether you will get. Seat or not for sure. You can predict the colleges with this link:
