Hello Sir/Mam, I have scored 368 in NEET. All India Rank is 224631 (category rank 78638). Belongs to OBC category, Christian. From Tamilnadu. Is it possible to get MBBS anywhere in India? which states should we apply/try? I cannot afford more than 8 lakhs per year, if Management.

According to your Rank and Category, it's not possible to Secure a Government Medical College both in All India Counselling and State Counselling but you are also interested in Private Medical Colleges so there are 3 options from which you can secure Private Medical College:

1. All India Counselling for Deemed Universities but Fee Structure is High in Deemed Universities that is Minimum 10 lakh rupees per annum.

2. State Quota Counselling for State Private Medical Colleges, you can participate in your Tamilnadu State Counselling but in Tamilnadu Fee structure is little bit high I.e Rs.8 lakh+ per annum.

3. Participate in State Counselling of Other States which have little bit low Fee Structure as compared to Deemed Universities and Tamilnadu Private State Medical Colleges, These Other States are: Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Chhatisgarh and Karnataka. I will recommend you to participate in the State Counselling of these States, you will get a MBBS seat in your budget.
