Anyone and everyone who has scored more than qualifying score in the NEET can and should apply for the All India Quota Counselling (AIQ) process.
The qualifying scores are as follows :
50th percentile - Gen
45th percentile - Gen-PH
40th percentile - SC/ST/OBC
40th percentile - SC/ST/OBC-PH
