Hi, i have done jee mains and scored the rank 24990. I did my 10th and 12th with cbse board in maharashtra. I didn't register for mh cet exam. Can i apply for mh cap allocation? When i went to the site to register, its not allowing new registration. pls help me and advice me. Thank you.

Even though you havent given MHTCET examination, you can apply for all the Maharashtra colleges that provide you admission on the basis of MHTCET DTE counselling. Your admission will be on the basis of All India Quota as you are applying by JEE Mains percentile and rank.

The seat allotment will be done based on the candidate’s performance in MHT CET exam.
So yes to participate in MH CET cap allocation you should have MHCET valid score.
and the reason the website is not taking new registrations is may be because the notifications related to CAP is yet to be released.
