TNEA counselling second phase started in July 2018 in online mode where students need to fillup chouces and they shall be allotted seat as pe rmerkt and vacancy.
Allotted colleges can either be frrezed or floated.
You can then cinfirm admission at reported college by oaying fees.
You will be sent SMS for allotted colleges and according you need to report to college.
