What should I do if my result is shown as “Incomplete”?

Hello... In grade card my result status is shown as Not Completed(didnot give marks for that subject) what is that mean by? Is there any further results will be announced or the declared is final?

Make sure all the things from your end is clear, such as the submission of assignments and you have secured the passing marks in both term end exam and assignments. If it still shows "Incomplete", immediately visit the nearest regional centre of IGNOU for assistance.
