The only mode to get admission for BTech in NIT-R is jee mains. You need to attend it not seat. Here is the last year closing rank for ece department

General- HS  10644 OS- 5494

OBC- Hs- 5480 OS - 1682

SC- HS- 4364 OS-776

ST-1125

We cannot help you with marks, because normalization by NTA has done it impossible to predict it before. Percentile varies with level of paper, shifts etc. Example- last year in one shift one with 180 marks got in top 10000 rank but in some shift with 216 marks was having rank around 18000. So, it is very difficult for now.
