Hello Anil, you can check cutoff of different NITS from careees360. NIT Delhi does not have mechanical branch. NIT trichy is the top NIT so to get mechanical in NIT Trichy according to previous year cutoff your category rank should be 787 if you are from other state and 2761 rank for home state. Remind the cutoff I mention is SC category rank its not general category/All India Rank .

Actually the fact is Nit delhi doesn’t have mechanical. But you can get mechanical in any good nit with rank under15000
Irrespective of the fact that you’re from other state.
