How one can change a branch in IIT Madras. From civil to aerospace or CSE?

As you query is that you want to change your branch from Civil or Aerospace to CSE in IIT Madras. I would like you to know that you can change your branch immediately after your first year only as the first year education of IIT and other B tech colleges is same as you have to satisfy the cut off CGPA of CSE based on the result of your first year then only if you qualify you will get CSE branch or you have to apply for branch changing exam in IIT and if you clear then only you can change your branch.
