In order to apply for M.Sc programme from IISC Bangalore you need to apply for IIT JAM Entrance Exam. AS per the eligibility you should have minimum 55% in your Graduation as a General category in your Graduation. To check the further eligibility you can go through with the given below link.

I have 51% of marks in my graduation in the field of B.Sc -B.Z.C. If i am qualified in jam 2018 exam i can get admission in IISc in the respective subject
As per the eligibility you should have minimum 55% as General & OBC category & 50% as SC, ST, PWD candidate to apply for IIT JAM entrance exam.
