The cutoff for IISc is extremely high. You need to have general rank under 250 for admission in it. But for your percentile you will have rank around 400000. So it is impossible to get admission based on this score.
It also axcepts jee advanced, but cutoff is extremely high. So prepare well and try to get under 250 in jee mains or advanced.
