Dear Sai, in 2018 under State Quota, 548 marks with a rank of 8083 secured a seat in Osmania Medical College under General Category. With 601 marks and a rank of 7421, you have a fair chance. You should give it a shot. You also can lock Gandhi Medical College and Kakatiya Medical College as your options because last year their cut offs were lesser than your score. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
