You have only chance to get ece in dcrust only with your acquired rank according to past years results.( Only with home state quota ).
Otherwise there is no chance to get ece .
YMCA is not possible with this rank.
But anything can happen because it will depend upon other students choices and preferences.
But there is 80 % chance in dcrust and 10-20 percent chances in YMCA
