I got 72.4 percentile in jee mains and 63% in boards can I get into Pict college of engineering?

Sorry to say but you are not eligibile for any college that accepts JEE results as for general and OBC category a candidate must have 75% in their 12th board otherwise they will not be allowed to take admission in the college.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exams.
