Let me clear you one thing with your JEE mains you can't able to take admission in VIT. As well your Jee marks are not enough through which you can't able to take admission in THAPAR and all.

I think may be they will accept donation because it has some percentage of Mangement quota seats as well. So yaah you can try into it.
But don't forget your chance for getting admission in THAPAR is very less because through management quota also they will see your JEE marks and board percentage as well.
