I got CRL rank 23798 and EWS rank of 3798..I'm from Telangana. Can I get seat in NIT Warangal(Home state) Civil branch?

Hello, In 2019 a candidate with EWS children rank 2423 secured seat in Civil engineering in NIT, Warangal under home state quota considering this the chances are less for you to fetch seat in this NIT. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, number of candidates qualified etc.
