I am sorry to inform you that you can't get admission in NIT Raipur. With your marks you don't even qualify for admissions through JOSAA.

It's difficult to get admission in NIT Raipur.

No it's quite difficult to get NIT Raipur on such marks if you are from GENERAL/OBC Quota.
However ift would be more convinient if you are from SC/ST Quota to try NIT Raipur on such marks.
