I had completed m com in 2016 but I failed in 2 subjects and my registration is also completed in last year what do I do

There is a minimum period in which you should complete a particular course in. Once that period is over and you do not complete your studies by then, your registration gets cancelled. You will have to register again or you can contact the administration to check if they can extend your registration. If they dont you will have to register again and study from the beginning
