i have 96.38 % in cet maharastra so what is cutoff in last year for b pharmacy in govt collage

With 96.38 percentile in MHT-CET, you have a good chance of getting B.Pharma, including some government options , depending on your category and CAP round.
For reference, Government College of Pharmacy, Ratnagiri had a 2025 closing percentile of about 96.14 for GOPENH in Round 1 and 92.61 in Round 3. For OBC (GOBCO), it was about 96.98 in Round 1 and 94.13 in Round 3.
So, at 96.38 percentile, you are competitive for some government B.Pharm colleges, particularly in later CAP rounds, but admission is not guaranteed.
