I have been not allocated in the first round of seat allotment in jac delhi....am i eligible for second round

Hey Bharat,
Since, you have not been allotted a seat in the first round of counseling then you can wait for second. You are 100% eligible but there are few terms and conditions. If the seats remain vacant after the first round of counseling then only they'll organise a second round. If not then there will be no second round.
