I have got 14550 rank, what is the chance to get Obs& gynae in govn college in north India college. I have done my mbbs from bihar. No bond or 1yr bond max. I'm in general category for AIQ, &obc as per bihar state. Or in Banglore Chennai Capital of South colleges.

Well I would like to tell you that the specialisation that you want may seem a bit distant when you want to get it in a government medical College that too from central quota. Try for state quota and there you might have chances to get a seat in Bihar where you will get state quota benefits.
