If we go by last year cutoffs, if you sit for the final round of counselling you might be able to get a seat in Jadavpur University.

your rank is not good enough to get cse or it in jadavpur university even after round 3. you can get printing technology and other lower branches.but you can get cse in kalayani government engineering college with cse ot it stream in the mop up or decentralised round.
