Sorry you wont be able to get any of the colleges you mentioned in your query with this rank in general category.
From OBC category and with this rank you will only get NIT HAMIRPUR.
you should refer to the following link to check the possibility of getting admission in one of the colleges which consider jee main for admission mostly include IITs and NITs.
It contains college wise ,category wise cutoff of previous years of various colleges which will help you to predict your chances in getting admission in one of them!
