According to your rank in ews category that is 3000, yes you can get iiser. You can get admission in IISER Mohali, IISER bhopal , IISER pune etc.. counselling for JEE is going to start after 25th June, so fill your choice of seat before that and appear for counselling. If you want ,you can also fill IISC Bangalore which is good too. I wish you all the best.
