I have taken admission at MIT Manipal - BTech(IT). Is a MSc(Dual Degree) at BITS or any Branch at IIT any good?My interest is CSE/IT only
According to me, BTech with IT branch at MIT Manipal is much better than MSc at BITS or IIIT because BTech will give you more technical knowledge which companies want even you will get more salary after doing BTech.
With that MSc take 5 years while BTech takes 4 years so you're saving 1 year which you can use for higher studies.
Faculty of BTech is much better than MSc.
Even you have the option to change your branch from IT to CSE if you score good C.G.P.A in the first year

Msc Dual degree at BITs has cutoff above 300 marks in BITSAT.
And for CSE and IT at top IITs you need rnaks below 6000 in Jee advanced.
Both are fantastic options against MIT Btech.
If your ranks below above mentioned cutiffs you should then opt for BITS campuses or IIT.
