I scored 128 in jee mains , can I get a seat here?

I got 140 marks in JEE Mains 2018. I am from OBC (NCL) Haryana. Can I get admission in Computer Science in NIT Kurukshetra

As per JEE Main 2017 marks, for a general category study expecting any branch in a decent NIT can get 150/360 marks to be on the safe side.

you have to apply for top private college.

The cutoffs for NIT Kurukshetra stands near160 andabove as per trends for all branches and ranks within 50000.

Hence, chances arevery low.

However, you can expect greater chances with Private engineering colleges like following :

SPCE Mumbai
SIT Bhubaneswar.
