I scored 90 marks in jee mains. Will I get nit surathkal metallurgy engineering with home state quota and obc category?

The closing rank  of surathkal in MME is 13749 in round 7,
But it has gone to a peak of 60123 and 107586 in csab round 1 and round 2 respectively.

90 marks doesn't lie around 13749, so it so it depends on your luck, that whether the is vacancy or not.

Note:  I strongly suggest you to go with csab because I have witnessed many of my batchmates and friends who got a better choice in special round(csab).
