I secured 97.1 percentile in barch 2019.Also i am an OBC.Are there any chances for me to get admission in any spa???

Based on your present percentile your rank is approximately 4216 estimating the total number of students appeared in the test was 145386. The cutoff for this year admission has not been announced yet. Till then you can have an idea about the cutoff for admission by going through the above article link which shows the cutoff of previous years.
