I want to take electrical engineering after giving JEE 2020. In jan i got 99.4 percentile, since i lives in delhi is DTU a better option if not then please give me name of some colleges in nearby state except iit's.

DTU is good college but you must be participate in JOSAA counselling for NITs.

see delhi technological university is one of the best college for pursuing b.tech, however you have decent chances for nits, at this score, you may look for nit delhi, nsut.
