if I only get cutoff marks can I get any medical College in india

Getting cutoff marks will not guarantee your chances of getting a seat . According to previous year cutoff you should score at least 500 marks in NEET to be eligible for your state government MBBS colleges , If seeking admission through all India quota you should aim for around 580-590 marks to get a decent college in general category .
