If we get admission in aiims rajkot this year can we get transfer to any other aiims in india next year ?

Yes, but not much possible
If you have a valid reason for switching to different AIIMS then only, you will be allowed to change AIIMS.

Reasons should be-

If you are a bright student with distinction then you will be allowed to transfer.
If you can justify your reason in front of authorities then you can get transfer certificate

But in Most of the cases, Once you have taken admission in a specific AIIMS, you can not switch to other AIIMS
