78 percentile is a great score as you are in top 70 percentile. But it is still not possible to say about the cutoff of any college. As the cutoff for the college's and the JEE ADVANCE exam will be only declared after the April exam of JEE MAINS, that is on 30th April. So you need to wait till then as the cutoff will also depend on second exam.
