Ipu conducted bba cet 2019 yesterday but I used black pen to correct my cet code and rest of the answers I used black pen. is it fine?

Yes it is absolutely fine.
The OMR sheet checking machine only spots the dark objects which comes in its path while scanning, so doesn't focus on blue or black. The things which you wrote manually will be checked manually, the computer only checks the bubbles.
