is there any difference in fee or living structure for students going in same college through state or all India quota? or any preferences or facilities?

Dear student,
The students that got admission through state quota are only given preference in admission as their cut off is low as compared to students from other states. But as soon as all of them enter the college everyone is treated equally and there is no difference in feed and living structure.
