hello aspirant,
yes there are fees relaxation process for sc/st candidate.
Special Cell of delhi university is providing fee exemption for the students belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories admitted to the various Colleges and Department of the Delhi University whose parent’s income was such that they were not paying income tax ,be exempted from the payment of Tuition fees and Admission fees.
