My brother got 25000 Air jee mains and Obc rank 6000 is there any possibility to get admission in DTU Cs or It???

I think if he is from Delhi region then he might get,but from outside Delhi I don't think it's possible to get the branch at this rank

If he is from delhi region, he can easily get cs in dtu, but if he is from outside delhi region, he may not get cs or it in DTU at this rank.
