my daughter got 9716 rank in open category where she will get cse in IIT's

If your daughter has a JEE Advanced rank of 9716 (General category) , getting CSE in IITs is quite difficult , as CSE seats in most IITs usually close at much lower ranks.

However, she may have chances in some newer IITs for branches such as:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Chemical Engineering

• Metallurgical Engineering

• Engineering Physics

At this rank, IITs such as IIT Bhilai , IIT Jammu , IIT Dharwad , IIT Palakkad , and IIT Goa may be possible in certain branches.

If she belongs to a reserved category (EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST) or has a female category rank, please mention that. The admission chances can improve significantly, and I can suggest more accurate IITs and branches.
