See BSc CS have the least course but its not at all a job oriented course. After a MSc only you can expect a job position. Now among BCA and BTech CS then I would recommend you to go for BTech CS as BTech CS is more job oriented compared to BCA as after BCA you will have to do MCA in order to get a good job. So in comparison to the time vs investment vs outcome ratio, BTech CSE will be the best course to study.
