My OBC rank is 34561 and All India rank is 114992, which will be cosidered for csab? And I'm from UP, can I get any college?

See CSAB is responsible for filling up the vacant seats which left after the JOSAA counselling and let me make you clear that only your CRL rank matters and will be considered for seat allotment. Hence the vacant seats are filled through only CRL rank irrespective of any category.
