In order to know your final result and the colleges you will get in that rank, you have to wait as of now. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE main exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd exam i.e. April 30. The cutoffs will be declared afterwards.
But you can get an idea using the previous year cutoffs. I am providing you a link wherein you can get the previous year cutoffs.
