Hey, the university usually sent the study material by post but if for some reason fails to get to you, The student should visit the IGNOU egyankosh web portal and register themselves at the portal and then logged in with username and password. After getting logged in, they can search this digital library by course code, course name, programme name, programme code. The study material is available in the pdf format. You can click on the link to download/ view on your available device.
