Hi, your score of AIATS of Aakash are not directly related to your chances of getting AIIMS and other Governemnt medical colleges in North India. However, if you are scoring 575 marks in mock tests consistently, and if you score in the similar range in NEET 2026 too, you have good chances of getting government medical college.
For AIIMS institutes, you have a good chance if you can score above 650 marks. 575 is a good score, but try to increase this by focusing on your weaker sections. All the best for NEET 2026!
