Procedure for admission in spa delhi for coarse for master in building engineering and management?

Candidates shall be eligible for admission if they have obtained at least 55 percent marks in aggregate (50 percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates), in the qualifying examination as given below:

Bachelors’ Degree in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Environmental Engineering* from a recognized University or equivalent, or Masters’ Degree in Environmental Science* or Environmental Management* or Geography or Economics or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent.

Note: A.I.I.A. (by examination) shall be considered as equivalent to a Bachelors’ degree in Architecture.

Admission to Masters’ degree programmes is affected through a multi-stage process to select applicants based on their:

1. Performance in the qualifying examination,
2. Portfolio of work,
3. Personal Interaction with the programme faculty and/ or written test,
4. Interest and motivation for the chosen study and
5. Work Experience.

Applicants are offered admission to a particular programme in serial order of a merit list drawn up, based on the cumulative score obtained after all the five stages are completed.
