But outside Delhi SC candidates closing rank in 1 st round how?

The reason you don't get a seat in DTU may be because you are not a resident of Delhi. They have something like 85% seats reserved for Delhi candidates. I am not sure about it.

Sir plz u r checking DTU outside Delhi SC candidates cut off rank and then inform me.why reason I can't seat DTU? DTU outside Delhi SC candidates cut off 28000 and my SC rank 19368,so why I am not chance in DTU?
