There is nothing like the free seat rather you can say that the govt. seats as the fees for the govt. seats are less as compared to the private institutes. There is no offical decleration for the pharmacy courses and the merit list will be prepared based on the number of candidates and the marks obtained in the qualifying exam. In order to know the possibility of getting the govt. institute you will have to go through the counselling rounds adn then the merit list will be prepared based on the marks and then you will be able to know the seat allottment.
