See last years cutoff for MBA in Anna University was 64.667 for OC category. So i don't think you have a very bright chance there. The cutoff is so high because of the reputation of the institution. Well not only that for OC category the TANCET MBA cutoff may be higher than your score. So your chances are meek. Well the procedure goes like :
1. You need to register seperately for the counselling at the official website of Anna University.
2. Make sure you satisfy eligibility criteria and fill the form.
3. You'll issued call letter with the information about time and date of counselling.
4. You will be required to report at the centre physically. The venue detail is available on the site and dates etc will be there in the Call Letter.
