Hello dear student!
If only 16 digits are marked for username, in this case, then you can change your username to 16 digits. The steps to change the username are following:-
- Go to IGNOU 's official website i.e., ignou.ac.in
- On the official page of IGNOU , Go to student's login column.
- After this, click on the column 'FORGOT USERNAME'
- After this, fill the basic details asked by them like the control no. (Given on registration form) , registered E-mail ID , registered mobile no. and program.
- Then you'll be able to get the new username from your e-mail id.
