Hello,if you passed the board exams,i mean the class 12 board exams from Delhi,then only you are eligible to get an admission into DTUs.They give home state candidates a priorityy first.However if you have not passed the 12 board exams from Delhi,then unfotunately you are not getting a college into DTU.
