Hi Janardhana,
There is no issue with that lamination can be removed without any damage. Try contacting the shop where you laminated to peel the lamination off he will do it or suggest ways to remove.

sir, it is risky process.some time , document may stick to plastic cover. so i'll sign on lamination by CD marker and relaminate once again. how is this idea. is it problematic

It is a good idea but do check that the view of the document is not hampered due to double lamination

Sir , even i aslo didnt sign in 2nd puc marksheet and i did lamination and gave to college for degree now i realize that so can i remove lamination after 3 years it doesnt cause any damage, so can u provide solution for this problem
